Dr. Gil Rosero Ramos was a beloved father, brother, son, friend, and compatriot. A graduate of the University of Philippines Diliman in Economics, he earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Hawaii: Manoa, and was a fellow at the East West Center. He is the author of The Global real value of the us dollar, 1950-1990 and served as the Chief Economist of SurveyNgBayan until his passing.
